Loved the rabbit meditation. The descriptiveness of the squirrel antics were wonderful. I should know. I pause 10 times daily to feed my two babies that were released 4 months ago. Pausing is something that everyone should do as much as they can, every day. Observe with out interacting...A Zen moment that can put a smile on your face and happiness in your heart. Thank you, Elizabeth.
"If the squirrel enters your thoughts, acknowledge the interruption and bring your attention back to chewing." Just about fell off my chair. Hilarious.
"The teeter from the totter." I think that moment at the top of the swing on a swingset. There is a pause. It's always there.
I feel like a get a beautiful gift each week when I settle in to read your blog. I usually wait until Sunday morning while I’m still in bed enjoying coffee and then savor your writings. Thank you my friend for sharing your talent and always giving me a moment to pause and reflect. ❤️
Such a thoughtful and much appreciated comment, Diana. I love the image of you enjoying coffee and a few quiet moments in bed as you read. Thanks for sharing that!
That photo of the mug is luscious enough to be illegal....
Illegal! Ha! There's a descriptor I wasn't expecting. :) Thanks for reading and commenting, Catherine.

Awesome....just awesome!!!
Appreciate that, Barry. :)
I read this delight this morning during my seemingly meaningless morning routine and it gave me such a sense of purpose💗.
There we go. Chicken Scratch bringing purpose to the otherwise mundane. :) Happy to know it was useful, Roe. Truly, those routines aren't meaningless.
That last paragraph is so rich! Thanks for sharing your reflections. 💓
Thank you, CJ!! I'm grateful for the comment.

For me, it's only there-there if I make time to notice it. But, you are absolutely correct. It's there either way. Grateful for the thoughts, Stewart.
Lovely!
Have you seen Mark Rober’s squirrel maze? https://youtu.be/hFZFjoX2cGg One of the few things that my children have shared that I would pass along 😁
Definitely pass along-able! Love it! Thanks for reading and taking time to comment, Jen.
