Grow little spuds grow! I was just talking yesterday with the Mom of Luke’s potential roommate next year in college about how hard it is to grow ANYTHING in my yard because of the good ole NC clay…ugh!! Good luck, roomie!! I’m rooting for a good outcome for your efforts!!

I have a chunk of purple sweet potato rooting and leafing in a jar on the windowsill at the moment. Can't wait to plant and see what happens!

I love growing sweet potatoes and have had good success with them in containers the past several years. Did you know you can eat the greens? :)
