Food for the soul, indeed! I prepared the dish this evening. Prep was fun; assembly easy; aroma intoxicating; result amazing. I used my dutch oven, forgot to dial back the liquid, but the result is this broth-y scrumptious-ness that gets all over the rice and everything. Cooking time on stove top was about 30 minutes to reach the perfect done-ness. Thanks!
